Consumer Crdit Records
We can provide clients with Consumer Credit Information under strictly controlled circumstances.
Credit information is sourced via a supplier from both TransUnion and Experian,and is in discussions with
two other Credit Bureaus in South Africa for the supply of additional credit information items
The circumstances under which credit information may be released are dictated by the National Credit Act
Consumer Credit Information will be supplied to requesting clients provided that:
- The client has entered into a consumer Credit Information Supply agreement.
- The information has been requested for a prescribed purpose
- The consumer has granted permission where the prescribed purpose dictates that permission
must be granted
- The client warrants that permission has been recieved, and can provide proof of permission on demand
- The client uses the information once only
