We work with clients to determine peak staffing trends and predict increased needs for staff in order to effectively match workforce with workload. SACC ensures that clients receive only the highest quality staff to meet their specific workload demands. SACC's core competency and skill sets focus around implementing optimum enterprise wide solutions for the recruitment, selection, screening and placement of personnel in key areas of the enterprise. All candidates are accountable for adding significant value to the organizations that employ them. This includes permanent and temporary staffing, working auditions, long-term contractual staff members (managed and remunerated by SACC) and fully outsourced services, with output-based service level agreements

Reqruitment process
