Looking back over 2009 we realize that is had all the challenges and opportunities that we anticipated. It presented us with both difficult situations and exhilarating possibilities. Nevertheless, SACC has shaped, restructured and improved immensely.
As we now enter the 14th year of our existence, we place even more value on our vision, strategies and corporate culture to ensure continuous improvement and the delivery of quality products and services to our markets.
Our customer centre culture permeates every aspect of our company, from top management to each individual contributor. We will continue in 2010 to communicate, implement and reinforce our strategy of focusing on you as our customer and conveying the highest value to you. This will be guided by our founding values and uncompromising mission, the commitment of our staff and linked to excellent processes and procedures.
